Refund Policy (Appointments)

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the discretion of Clear Lab and may be provided in specific circumstances.

Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered except under extraordinary circumstances.

Refunds WILL NOT involve any payments.

Refunds ONLY will be a change for our Clear Lab Skin Care range.

Any package from Clear Lab will be up to 6 months validity.

2. Refund Process

Request Submission: Clients must submit a refund request in writing, specifying the reason for the request.

Clients can only change the unattended appointments with Clear Lab Skin Care range and no refund on payments will involve.

3. Exceptions

No-shows and Late Arrivals: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals beyond a certain grace period.

Partially Completed Services: If a service is partially completed, a partial refund with Clear Lab Skin Care range may be considered based on the portion of the service completed.
